Suffern, NY – The Village of Suffern hosted a Carnival last weekend. The carnival, which took place in the heart of the village, brought the community together for a weekend filled with excitement, laughter, and family-friendly fun.
This year’s carnival marked the revival of a long-standing tradition, and it was clear that the community was thrilled to have it back. “We will do it again next year,” said Village of Suffern Mayor Michael F. Curley. “The tradition has been reborn, and we can’t wait to bring more fun to Suffern next year.”
The event was made possible thanks to the hard work and dedication of local departments and volunteers. A special thanks was given to the Department of Public Works, led by Joe Hunt, for their exceptional efforts in setting up and supporting the event. “Joe and his team went above and beyond to help make the carnival a success,” said Curley.
The Suffern Police Department also played a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the event. “As always, the Suffern Police Department is number one,” Curley said. “Thank you for your service and for keeping our community safe.”
