A Westchester man was injured, but not seriously, after he crashed his car coming off the Thruway ramp leading into Palisades Center in West Nyack yesterday morning. That’s according to DailyVoice.com. They report that a 64 year-old driver from Yonkers crashed and overturned after losing control just after 8am traveling westbound on the Exit 12 ramp to Palisades Center Drive, eventually slamming into a tree. Clarkstown Police said the driver reportedly became momentarily distracted before he lost control but it’s not clear what caused the distraction. He was treated on-scene and issued a summons for speeding.
